From Chaos to Calm: Yoga For Anxiety

As a certified yoga instructor and holistic therapist for a decade, I am a huge advocate of yoga for anxiety management. Clearly, I’m a little biased but for good reason! Yoga has been the subject of various research studies examining its effects on anxiety and stress management.
